PASSION and MYSTERY

are within the DNA of my paintings

and can be felt with your fingertips

In a world of disenchantment and crisis, returning to our senses and connecting with the rich, sensual reality can make us feel ALIVE.

My paintings bring that aliveness

to my visitors and collectors

I paint about what I know in my bones and my core.

My hands follow an intuitive dance, creating a rich, beautiful “being”.

When I get intimate with that “being” I learn about its gifts.

Sometimes,

  • They teach me about the complex and gorgeous inner Lives we all have inside (e.g., excitement)

our relationships with others (e.g., first date) and our approach to reality (e.g., speed)

  • They give voice to the rebel, radical and social activist within me (e.g., shouting my truth).

  • They are my teachers showing me the path ahead (e.g., accepting my shadow)

  • They invite me to immerse myself deeper into the mystery (e.g., emerging from the hidden)

  • They capture a moment of aliveness (e.g., a moment in Paris)

Boldness, wildness, and irreverence bring energy to my artistic process!!

Something about me

Originally from Malaga,

(Andalucia, Spain),

flamenco, dance and passion

flow in my veins.

I have painted for over 3 decades, but initially, I kept my paintings for my own private viewing until 2016. That year, I joined an art studio in Exeter, UK. There I learnt how to play with mediums. In 2020, I took part in the Art2Life community through the Creative Visionary programme. Then I became a member of the Art2Life Academy (2021-2024). My painting process is alive, spontaneous, full of curiosity, play and adventure—this mirrors my process of living. The colours of my creations are bright and fully saturated, representing the vibrancy of Life itself. And using thick layers of paint, I create a story over the canvas for the eyes and fingertips to feast on. My artistic voice is loud and unapologetic.
